Hello Liz! First of all, for how popular a show Doctor Who is, why are there so little resources? I feel as though that is just a crime. Like, it took me at least an hour, maybe even more, just to find ONE good high quality screencap of the Ninth Doctor that matched with a screencap of Gemma Chan.

I wanted to go with a space vibe, as you mentioned in your request. It started off well. However, I couldn't get it to look right in the end so I'm glad you said "or Tardis blue" on your form, because the blue filter really does bring everything together so well.

Also, didn't know that Gemma Chan was in Doctor Who, because I actually came across a few screencaps from her episode with the Doctor. So that's something. Might have to make use of those resources someday haha. Anyways, hope you like it!
